Online · Both partners, same call

Stop having
the same fight.

Most couples don't have a hundred problems. They have three, on a loop, with a pattern that starts the same way every time. We work on the pattern rather than relitigating the dishes.

The programs

Four programs for the conversations that keep going wrong

We work on how you talk to each other, not on deciding who was right last Thursday.

How it works

Both of you, same call, practical exercises

Sessions are structured and specific. Nobody is assigned the role of the problem.

Free intro call

Twenty minutes with both of you, to hear what's recurring and check coaching is the right fit.

Name the pattern

We describe the loop in neutral language you both recognize.

Practice between sessions

Short exercises to do at home, where the arguments actually happen.

Weekly review

What worked, what fell apart, and what changes for next week.

How we work

Coaching, and clear about what it isn't

This is communication coaching. It is not couples therapy, and we are not licensed therapists. If there's untreated addiction, an affair you're still in, depression, or anything involving fear, therapy is the right call and we'll say so on the first conversation.

For the very common case — two people who care about each other and keep having the same argument — structured practice works well. We name the pattern, interrupt it, and give you something to do instead.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

How is this different from couples therapy?

Therapy is clinical work by a licensed professional and can address mental health conditions and deep history. Coaching is structured practice on present-day communication. If therapy is what you need, we'll tell you.

Does my partner have to come?

For most programs, yes — both of you on the same call. If your partner won't attend, we can work with you individually, but we'll be honest about the limits.

What if there's abuse in the relationship?

Coaching is not appropriate and can make things more dangerous. Please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (or text START to 88788), which is free, confidential and available 24/7.

Is it confidential?

Yes, between us and you as a couple. Note that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship the way licensed therapy can be, so we don't recommend it for anything related to litigation.

We're not married. Is that fine?

Yes. Dating, partnered, married, living apart — the patterns are the same. Same-sex and non-monogamous couples are equally welcome.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Which argument keeps coming back?

Twenty minutes with both of you, free, to name the pattern and see whether coaching fits.
