Nobody is the problem
We work on the pattern between you, not on who needs fixing.
Nobody needs a referee to decide who was right. You need the argument to stop starting.
Recurring arguments are remarkably consistent. The same trigger, the same first move, the same escalation, the same silence. Once a couple can see the pattern written down, it stops feeling like a character flaw in the other person.
From there the work is practical: an agreed pause, a repair conversation within a day, a weekly check-in that catches things early. Small, specific and repeated — which is why sessions always end with something to practice at home.
And the boundary matters. We are coaches, not therapists. Where there's abuse, addiction, untreated mental illness or a betrayal still in progress, coaching isn't the right tool and we'll say so on the first call rather than take your money.
We work on the pattern between you, not on who needs fixing.
Understanding the loop helps. Interrupting it is what changes the week.
We name the limit clearly and refer out when therapy is what's needed.
Twenty minutes with both of you, free, and an honest answer about whether coaching or therapy is the better route.
